Top Dog K9 is owned and operated by Jason Mann. is a qualified dog trainer working for Top Dog K9 Training Solutions. Jason has been training dogs for 11 years. He holds two certifications in dog training one from the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers (CPDT-KA) and the other from Animal Behavior College (ABCDT). Jason loves to compete in dog sports including AKC obedience, UKC obedience, tracking and protection.

Justin truly has a passion for training dogs and helping owners find solutions. Justin really became interested in dog training in order to help train service dogs. A goal he still pursues to this day.
